The objectives of KEA are:

1. To promote and protect the interests of member organisations through representation, advocacy, education, consultation and research in the areas of workforce management

2. To Promote, safeguard and protect the legitimate interest of employers

3. To organise seminars, workshops, conferences, webinars and training programmes

4. To federate with organisation of employers in India and the ILO
